The Imperial is the latest venture from owners Stephen King and Bill Thomas of the acclaimed Jack Rose Dining Saloon. The experience at the stunning three-floor restaurant & bar begins in the bright, light-filled dining room, where Chef Chris Reynolds serves Mid-Atlantic inspired cuisine through the lens of southern France.
The main floor also features a sparkling raw bar and drinking bar, the pouring interesting wines, creative craft cocktails & vintage spirits. For a lively bar atmosphere, head downstairs to The Cellar, our sultry underground drinking den, and al fresco diners can enjoy drinks and dinner under the stars on The Imperial's two-tiered open-air rooftop garden.
