Celebrate the vibrant flavors of spring at J. Hollinger's during Spring Wine Fling from March 19th to March 31st. Enjoy a delightful two-course dinner paired perfectly with two glasses of wine, all for just $55 per person.
For the first course, guests can savor the Prime Angus Carpaccio with arugula, shaved parmigiano reggiano, capers, pickled red onion, and grilled baguette.; the Housemade Burrata and Roasted Beet Salad with oranges, greens, crispy chestnuts, and truffle vinaigrette; or the Seared Scallops with potato chorizo red pepper foam, roasted fennel, and spicy micro greens.
For the second course, diners can enjoy the Gumbo with crawfish, duck, andouille sausage, and saffron rice, topped with a head-on shrimp; the Braised Lamb Osso Bucco with pearl onions, baby carrots, and oyster mushrooms over a creamy chive polenta; or the Grilled Yellow Fin Tuna with oyster mushrooms, grilled bok choy, cherry blossom shoyu ginger, and scallion sauce.
